Raster artwork guides

For raster images (photo), files should be set up as 150 dpi at 100% of final print size. Files should include at least 1/2” bleed on all sides. Files should be submitted in CMYK format, or Grascale if appropriate. Any text should be converted to outlines and/or rasterized to ensure proper display during output. Acceptable file types include: PDF (Preferred), PSD, EPS, TIFF, AI, PNG, JPG, INDD and QXD

Vector ARTWORK GUIDES

compression guidelines

Industry standard compression software should be used to encapsulate all submitted files (Graphics, Page Layout, Fonts*, etc.) into one uploadable file.Acceptable file compressin formats include: SIT, ZIP and DMG

*When possible, all text should be converted to outlines to prevent any incompatibility / cross platform printability.
